Terms and Conditions

 

1 All driving lessons shall be paid in advance

2  Forty eight hours notice is required for cancellation of the driving lesson. Failure to give notice will result in the lesson having to be paid for.Lessons can be cancelled by telephone or text message but must acknowledge by the instructor.

3 The instructor reserves the right to rearrange the driving lesson to a convenient time to both parties in the event of a mechanical breakdown or other causes.

4 The client must hold a valid license to drive the tuition vehicle and must meet the minimum eye test requirements

5 Ten day’s notice will be given to clients about lesson price changes

6 The client must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the training

7 No responsibility can be taken for tests cancelled by the DVSA for whatever reason

 8 There are no cash refunds for gift vouchers or block bookings and are none transferable and are valid for 6 months after date of purchase unless agreed with the driving school.

9 The instructor will endeavour to to arrive on time however, due to unforeseen circumstances such as breakdown,traffic etc or even cancel.If cancelled by the instructor no fee will be charged

Cornavirus 

 Everybody must wear face masks due to the cornavirus and inform the driving instructor if they are feeling ill E,g  High temperature and persistent cough

The instructor will sanitizer the car before and after every driving lesson

The client will engage in car training during this period entirely at there own discretion due to the risks involved
